Fewer boxes, fewer consoles

Every site is a stack of boxes

A PoE switch, an NVR, a small server, power bricks and the cabling between them. Cruiser puts PoE, switching, storage and compute on one board, and your recording software runs on the same Compute Module.

No vendor cloud in the middle

Video, storage and switching stay on the customer's network. The board needs no Exaviz account and no Exaviz cloud. Reach remote sites the way you do today, with your own VPN or remote-access tool.

No locked appliance

Full Debian-based Linux: Raspberry Pi OS, Debian 12 or 13 or Ubuntu 25.10 or 26.04 LTS, with our packages from apt.exaviz.com (the Banana Pi CM4 runs the Exaviz OS image). Bring the VMS you already deploy.

Coming soon, free with Exaviz boards: PoE port control, port groups, paired boards in one fleet view, storage usage at a glance and config drift alerts. No account and no cloud, and we stay out of your video. Useful for one board in a homelab or many boards on a site network. You'll be able to:

  • Turn any PoE port on or off from the browser
  • Group ports so you can manage them together
  • Pair boards on the same network and see them in one fleet view
  • See how full storage is on every board
  • Check an audit log of who changed what
  • Get config drift alerts
  • Use it over HTTPS on your local network, with no Exaviz account and no cloud
  • Add an optional kiosk package for a local screen at the site
